About
Hello, I'm Govind Raj
Realtor, golfer, yoga student and badminton player. I work from Bengaluru as an Affiliate Partner and Realtor at Coldwell Banker, Bengaluru.
Work
What I do
Property management, real estate development, joint ventures, land leasing and apartment brokerage.
The land specialist
When people tell me they are stuck with a property, I say, “Bring it to me.” Land is where I enjoy the work most. I have spent years learning the bye-laws of the sanctioning authorities, whether it is the GBA (earlier BBMP), BDA or BMRDA, because understanding the rules is where good decisions begin.
Outside work
Staying balanced
I practise yoga and play badminton to stay balanced. I play golf for the love of the game, and I’m working towards playing 100 different courses around the world. I’m at 39 now.
Family
Proud father
Proud father of Dr. Adarsh and Gaurav, who is an ACCA and works at Deloitte.
